Everstylish provides a Lifetime Warranty on all handcrafted Jewelry pieces, ensuring long-term assurance and usability for customers.

• 1. Handcrafted Jewelry

  Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible hand crafted Jewelry.

  Time for Delivery	Resolution
  0–6 months	Replacement of the item
  6–9 months	50% of invoice value in Everstylish Wallet (valid for 6 months)
  9–12 months	25% of invoice value in Everstylish Wallet (valid for 6 months)
  Beyond 12 months	15% of invoice value in Everstylish Wallet (valid for 6 months)

  Palmonas Wallet can be used online or in-store and is not refundable or transferable.

  Exclusions from Warranty :

  The 1 year Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from regular wear and tear
  • Breakage due to mishandling
  • Loss of stones or crystals
  • Third-party alterations or resizing
  • Custom Made Jewellery sets

• 2. Gold plated jewelry

  Covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible gold plated Jewelry.

• 3. How to Raise a Warranty Claim

  To initiate a claim, follow these steps :

  -Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing.

  -Email the following to [email protected] :

  • Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence

  Once approved, we will pick up the product :

  Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

  Additional Notes :

  • Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the everstylish team
  • Everstylish reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
